InfoShare Goes Live at Oklahoma Department of Corrections (06/2011)
On June 28th, 2010 the Oklahoma Department of Corrections went live with CSI Technology Group's, Investigation and Intelligence applications. Utilizing the latest Microsoft .Net technology CSI designed and customized the Investigation and Intelligence applications to meet the complex needs and business practices of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
The Investigation and Intelligence applications allow a seamless work flow from the initial intake through the supervisor approval process. Once the approval process is completed the author of the report is notified through their inbox. The author of the report can then digitally sign their reports, and save them to the case documents folder. These documents can then be burned to a CD for discovery purposes, making this a truly paperless reporting process.
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections Investigation and Intelligence applications include intuitive online eLearning video tutorials which can be accessed from the user’shomepage.
