William Yeh, President & C.E.O
Mr. Yeh founded CSI Technology over 20 years ago and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. With an extraordinary background in technology and an acute vision of market opportunities, Mr. Yeh leads the company’s current operations and sets strategic direction. He also served as the President of Computer Association of North America (CANA), and sits on the board of the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association (USA). His leadership has been instrumental in the company’s success with competitive business opportunities within New Jersey and across the country. Mr. Yeh received his Master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He currently makes his home in central New Jersey.

Joe Britt, Director of Business Development
Mr. Britt is responsible for managing relations with government clients on contracted projects. Before joining CSI in 1999, Mr. Britt served in New Jersey state government as Chief of Staff for the Department of Banking and Director of Election services with the Department of State. His experience also includes the management of Human Resources operation at AT&T and Bellcore. He obtained a Master's degree of Education at Seton Hall University. |

Jim Mannion, E-Government Liaison
Mr. Mannion is responsible for managing various E-Government business accounts. Prior to joining CSI in late 2005, Mr. Mannion worked for twenty seven years with the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) in New Jersey and the past eight as the Senior Manager of the Automated Trial Courts Systems group. The group was responsible for all Superior Court computer applications in the Criminal, Family, Civil, Probation and Jury Management areas. Mr. Mannion had been a member of the New Jersey Statewide CJIS committee since 1993 and earned a CEDP Certification (Fellowship) from the National Center for State Courts and the Institute for Court Management in 1988.

Gary Talijan, Director of Marketing & Sales
Leading CSI’s Sales and Marketing Division is Gary Talijan, former Supervising Lieutenant of the New Jersey State Police Intelligence Unit. With over 30 years of law enforcement experience, Gary possesses a keen understanding of CSI’s priorities. His extensive resume includes supervising various assignments, including the 1994 World Cup, and 911 Task Force squad. Always a leader, Gary serves as a Board Advisor for Fairleigh Dickinson University, Board Advisor with the Silver Shield Foundation and Co-founder of the Tri-State Trooper Fund. He is focused on building client relationships, while promoting CSI’s business growth across the United States and abroad.

Walter R. Baran, Law Enforcement Liaison
Prior to joining CSI technology group Mr. Baran served as the Director of Investigations and Technical Services with the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office New Jersey. Mr. Baran brings more than 27 years of Law Enforcement experience to the staff. Mr. Baran served as President of Policeman’s Benevolent Association Local 165 for 9 years, after being promoted to Sergeant he served as President of Middlesex County Sheriff’s Superior Officers Association for another 5 years. Mr. Baran was a member of the New Jersey Narcotics Law Enforcement Association and the East Coast Gang Investigators Association. While employed with the Sheriff’s Office his effort in the design and implementation of the Sheriff’s Integrated Law Enforcement system was an invaluable asset to CSI.

Richard Norcross, Law Enforcement Liaison
Prior to his retirement and joining CSI, Commander Norcross was the Commander of the Intelligence Services Team for the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and had 23 years of law enforcement service. Commander Norcross joined the Prosecutor’s Office after retiring from the Haddon Heights Police Department due to significant gunshot wounds sustained in the line of duty. While serving with the Haddon Heights Police Department he achieved the rank of Detective. Prior to that, he was a police officer with the National Park Boro Police Dept. During his career he has received numerous medals and commendations for law enforcement actions including the prestigious New Jersey Gold Medal of Valor as well as the Combat Cross and Wounded in Combat Medal. Commander Norcross is the President of the East Coast Gang Investigator’s Association. He also served as a Policy Board Member & Secretary for the Mid Atlantic Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network (MAGLOCLEN) and is still a Trustee for the Camden County Detectives Association. He is one of the founding members of the Police Intelligence Group of South Jersey. Richard also volunteers to work with law enforcement professionals and their families in the aftermath of tragedies that resulted in serious injury or death to officers.

Frank Clayton, Law Enforcement Liaison
Prior to his retirement and joining CSI Technology Group, Detective Frank Clayton was a 25 year law enforcement veteran of the Trenton, Police Department and Mercer County Prosecutors Office in the state of New Jersey. In 2002 – 2003 with the onslaught of major gang issues in the city of Trenton, Detective Clayton was tasked with developing a Criminal/Gang Intelligence Unit for the Trenton Police Department. In 2005 the Mercer County Prosecutors office recruited Detective Clayton to develop Mercer County Prosecutors Office Criminal/Gang Intelligence Unit. At that time Detective Clayton championed for a real time Intelligence gathering solution. CSI Technology Groups InfoShare Intelligence application was chosen as the real time solution. Detective Clayton trained and managed over 250 Municipal, County, State, Federal law enforcement officers on the InfoShare Intelligence system. Detective Clayton has lectured extensively on Gang Psychology and Awareness for the East Coast Gang Investigators Association, New Jersey Gang Investigators Association, MAGLOCLEN, Rutgers University, Mercer County Community College and numerous Police Academies. Detective Clayton has been qualified and accepted many times in State and Federal courts to testified as a gang expert. During Detective Clayton’s law enforcement career he received numerous awards and commendations for his law enforcement actions. Detective Clayton has also been featured on two episodes of the History channels “Gang Land” series (Sex Money Murder and Better off Dead).

Christopher J. Rein, Criminal Justice Liaison
Chris’s background includes over thirty years developing, integrating, and managing software and information technology projects. Prior to joining CSI, Chris served as the NJ State Police Chief Technology Officer. He’s led a number of information and intelligence sharing programs across New Jersey with the State Police, the NJ Office of Homeland Security, and numerous county and local agencies. Chris received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science in 1981 from Rutgers, and his Master’s degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2000. Chris makes his home in Florence, NJ with his family.

Dr. Henry Lee, Former Commissioner of Public Safety, State of Connecticut
Dr. Henry C. Lee, former Commissioner and Lab Chief of the Department of Public Safety for the State of Connecticut, is currently a distinguished professor at the University of New Haven, Chief emeritus of Forensic Science Services of Connecticut, and the director of the Institute of Forensic Research and Training Center. Dr. Lee came to national prominence as an expert witness during the O.J. Simpson trial. He has assisted law enforcement agencies throughout the US and abroad on special missions. A graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Dr. Lee also received a doctorate in biochemistry from New York University. He has also been awarded honorary doctoral degrees from Bridgeport University, the University of New Haven, St. Joseph's College, and William College Law School. Dr. Lee resides in Branford, Connecticut.
